The problem
Retail trainees need ongoing feedback, but the week's notes are scattered, and a good message for each trainee takes time teachers do not have.
The solution
The teacher assesses against the class's own criteria and the Danish 7-point grading scale, collects notes during the week, and AI writes them up as a short, friendly message. Each trainee sees only their own released assessment.
The result
Feedback every week for the whole class, written in minutes instead of evenings.
