Who
Michael Brødsgaard Dodt, founder. I have spent 25 years making small and medium-sized businesses work: led teams, built dashboards so management could decide on data, digitised administration and teaching, negotiated contracts and collective agreements, developed start-ups and taught managers everything from law to communication. MSc in HRM and BSc in Business Administration and Commercial Law. For the past eighteen months I have worked intensively with AI: building automations that remove manual work, developing and coding my own products from idea to finished app, and learning what works when AI has to land in real workflows. North AI is what that experience has become. I know the engine room as well as the meeting room, and I build things to completion.

AI is not magic. It is craft.
AI is not magic. It is craft: data that must be understood, workflows that must be respected, and users who must want to use it.
We build one thing at a time, and we finish it: in production, with real users and a plan for who looks after it.
We work in the open. You see the code, you own the data, and you can always replace us.
And we say no. To projects that start too big, to AI that does not pay off, and to slides with no product behind them.
