Pilot

Scoped solution on real data · fixed price · 3 weeks

We build the smallest version of the solution that can prove the value, on your real data and in your real day-to-day. The pilot ends in a clear recommendation: scale, adjust or stop.

You get: a working solution at small scale and a clear go/no-go recommendation.
De-risking: fixed price and fixed timeframe. No open-ended timesheets.
If you continue: the pilot work goes straight into the full solution.

Step 03

Operations

Implementation · training · continuous improvement

We implement in your systems, train your people and keep improving the solution while it runs.

You get: the solution in production, trained colleagues and an agreed operations plan.
Ownership: your data and your solution, documented so you are never locked in to us.

The first call is free. After that you get a fixed quote for each step before we start. The price depends on the scope, and you always know it up front.

How long does it take?

A pilot is scoped to three weeks. You see it work on your own data and can decide on what you have seen.

What about our data and GDPR?

Your data stays yours. We design with data ownership and GDPR as a baseline, document the solution and never build anything that locks you in to us.

What if the pilot shows it does not pay off?

Then we say so, and you stop with a small, known amount instead of a large, unknown one. The recommendation and what was built are yours.
