What we process
- Contact form and booking: name, e-mail, company if given, subject and your message (including the times you suggest for a meeting). Sent as an e-mail to dodt@northai.eu via Resend and kept in our mailbox for up to 12 months. You get an automatic receipt at the e-mail you entered; it does not repeat your message.
- Newsletter: your e-mail. You first receive a confirmation e-mail with a link that works for 24 hours; the address is stored with Resend once you have clicked the link, and until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
Analytics without cookies
We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. No cookies are set on this site, which is why there is no cookie banner.
Hosting
The site is hosted at Vercel. Traffic data (IP address, time, page) is processed by Vercel as a data processor to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
Your rights
You can always access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent. Write to dodt@northai.eu. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
Processors
Resend (e-mail and newsletter) and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Both have data processing agreements, and data is processed in the EU where possible.

This policy is updated when we change what we process. The date at the top shows the latest change.
