Invoices that book themselves
From inbox to ledger, with a human check
Collecting invoices from the inbox, registering them in the accounting system and one dashboard for deliveries and invoices in and out.
The problem
Invoices and receipts arrive in the inbox as PDFs in every conceivable format. Someone has to open each one, key the amount and supplier into the accounting system and keep track of what has been sent, received and paid. It takes hours every week, and orders get forgotten.
The solution
An automation collects every invoice from the mailbox, reads amount, supplier and date and registers them in the accounting system. Exceptions go to a person who approves. A dashboard shows deliveries and invoices in and out in one view.
The result
Bookkeeping takes minutes instead of hours, no order is forgotten, and the status of deliveries and payments is always current.
